Life Legacy
Mary K. Kauffman, age 74, of Nappanee, died at 2:22 pm on Friday, March 23, 2012 at LuAnn Nursing Home in Nappanee. She was born on April 11, 1937. She is survived by a Son, David (Mary) Kauffman of Fairfield, IL and 5 Grandchildren, Loretta (Shawn) Combs of Howe, IN, Sarah (Victor) Valdez of Tulsa, OK, Melinda (Raymond) Schwartz, Rosanna Kauffman and Samuel Kauffman, all of Fairfield, IL, 3 Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers, Herbert Graber of Centreville, MI and Ervin Graber of Nappanee, 2 sisters, Vera Graber of Phoenix, AZ and Karen Graber of Bremen and an aunt, Susie Seitz of Bremen. She was preceded in death by her mother, Fannie Kauffman.
Mary was a member of the First Church of God in Nappanee where she participated in a quilting group and was an officer in the Napp-N-Ease group at the church.
Visitation will be from 9-11 am at the First Church of God in Nappanee on Monday, March 26 with the service immediately following at 11:00 am. Rev. Sam Bennett will officiate and burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the First Church of God.
